At The Studio, Sarnia’s little Fitness Boutique we will continue to capture the hearts and heart-rates of each person that walks through our door “…Expect HIIT, bodyweight training, strength, yoga, functional fitness and Zumba (all top 10 worldwide trends) and we are continually staying on top of today’s trends.
